Terms and Conditions for Haus Of Nau Agence Créative Inc.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Haus Of Nau Agence Créative Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Studio," and the client, hereinafter referred to as "Client." This Agreement governs all services provided by the Studio, including but not limited to graphic design, branding, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or engaging in business with the Studio, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the Client does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from using our services.
2. Services
The Studio will provide graphic design and branding services as specified in the project proposal or agreement. The scope of work, deadlines, and fees will be detailed in a separate project proposal or agreement.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. The Client agrees to make payments promptly and as agreed upon. The Studio reserves the right to withhold services or terminate the project for non-payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback promptly to enable the Studio to deliver services effectively. Delays in client-provided materials or feedback may result in project timeline adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property
All original creative work produced by the Studio remains the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client will be granted a non-exclusive license for the use of the final creative work.
6. Confidentiality
The Studio agrees not to disclose or use any confidential information provided by the Client during the project. Likewise, the Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information belonging to the Studio.
7. Revisions and Modifications
The Studio will provide a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or modifications may incur extra fees.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these terms and conditions. The Client will be responsible for payment of services up to the termination date.
9. Liability
The Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of our services or the final creative work.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration. The prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable legal fees.
11. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be modified or updated by the Studio as necessary. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated date.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
By engaging in business with the Studio, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
